We're currently in private alpha. Early access users get a discounted rate locked in for the long term. Once we're out of alpha, we'll offer a trial period so you can evaluate Eido properly before committing.
For most day-to-day work — invoicing, expenses, VAT prep, management reporting — Eido handles it. For year-end accounts, corporation tax filing, and complex advisory, you'll still want a qualified accountant. The difference is they'll spend their time on advisory, not data entry.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data stays exactly where it is.
You can export all your data at any time in standard formats. HMRC requires businesses to retain financial records for 6 years — we'll ensure you have everything you need. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before deletion.
All data sent to AI is pseudonymised — company names, client names, employee details are replaced with reference codes before leaving Eido. Sensitive fields (NI numbers, addresses, bank details) are stripped entirely. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Yes. The Advisor role gives your accountant read access and appropriate permissions without exposing sensitive business data they don't need. It's designed for the way accountants actually work with clients.
